1. Divorce or Separation – including marriage dissolution and any issues of post-dissolution that may arise.
2. Alimony and Spousal Support – including modifications, extension and termination of alimony and spousal support.
3. Child support and Child custody – including child custody evaluations, child custody hearings, support modifications and visitation.
4. Relocation or Move Away Orders – including negotiating or contesting the move of a former spouse to another location or in support of your desire to relocate to another state as the primary custodial parent of the children.
5. Domestic Partnerships – including agreements concerning your assets and liabilities, divisions of such assets and liabilities upon separation as well as obtaining orders for support based on the income and assets acquired during the domestic relationship.
6. Prenuptial and Post-nuptial Agreements – including any agreements governing the characterization of property as well as support issues.
